Allama Mazhar Abbas Najifi Shia Alim Scandal Leaked Video Goes Viral after the video of Mufti Aziz ur Rehman. This incident is also took place in a religious institute which belong to Shia sect. The accused Allama Mazhar Abbas Najfi was the principle of religious school, called Madrassa Jamia Imam-ul-Asar Adda Sheikhan in Chiniot. Shia Alim Allama Mazhar sexually assaulted and abused his underage student.
The accused has been arrested by Chiniot Police. According to press release by police department that this incident originally happened in March 2021, and that time he was arrested by the police. The videos of this crime become viral recently, so police have to take action again and arrested Allama Mazhar again. This time police have registered FIR against him(first informational report), and now he is kept in police lock up under section 377 Pakistan penal code.
The father of victim told to police department that his child was learning Islamic education in the Madrassah of Allama Mazhar where teacher sexually abused his son. The age of victim is only 14 years.
As crime was committed in the area of police station Muhammadwala, So the police of said police arrested and registered FIR. Later he will be presented in the court and further investigation will be done. Under section 377 of Pakistan penal code Allama Mazhar Abbas Najfi may be in prison from two to 10 years however, it all depends on investigation and judgement which will be made by the court as reported by express news.
