Finally, the state bank of Pakistan directed to all participating banks to make the whole application process simple and transparent. To Achieve this goal, all participating banks are advised to launch online application portal where people can apply online without going to bank in person. Although paper based application are still being accepted yet the online application is much easier.

Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar Installment Plan:

The installments plan might be different for each bank because there are 18 banks participating in the project and each of them might have different plan. However, the state bank of Pakistan has directed all banks to reduce the charges of application and make installment plan easier and affordable for all applicants.

The range of loan varies from 500,000 to 10,000,000. The installment plan varies from 2,773 to 77,530 for the term of 1-5 years, however the installment depends on the amount of loan you get.

for the term 6-10 years, the installment plan varies between 3,175 and 87,487 depending on the amount of loan you get from the bank.

All banks now have to approve or reject loan application within 30 days. If application is rejected due to some reason, the bank will mention the reason of rejection so that the applicant may re-apply after resolving the issue.
