The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims to give a chance to the properly experienced skilled workers n the Saudi employment market. As a result, this will boost productivity to deliver quality work and halt the flow of unqualified workers into the labor market under the Saudi Arabia Skill Verification Program in India.
Amid these ongoing efforts to enhance the skills of the workforce as per international standards and fulfill the demand in the labor market, the MHRSD will support 23 specializations in the future. They are partnered with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure the ability of skilled workers in the Saudi labor market. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development does there best to keep the Saudi labor market more engaging. For example, foreign workers have the right to change jobs and exit the country without asking employers’ permission.
