Usman Mirza Video Islamabad: The video of Usman Mirza is now viral on social media. The accused Usman mirza was seen torturing a boy and a girl in video. Usman mirza along with three others made forcible entry into an apartment, assaulted boy and girl, rip of their clothes and tortured them.

The video of incident went viral on social media, this helped police department to identify the culprits. Soon after this, The police station Golra police showed a quick response, arrested the main culprit Usman Mirza and three other guys who were accompanying him during the incidents. The accused arrested are Usman Mirza, Madras butt, Hafiz Atau Rehman and Farhan Shaheen Awan.

Same as every viral incident in Pakistan, The Inspector general of Islamabad Police directed SSP operations Islamabad to made quick arrest of culprits. As incident took place in Islamabad, so all accused are currently in Golra Police Station Islamabad.

usman mirza original video is viral and widely seen on social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube and twitter. This is not a first incident, such type of incidents are often seen in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan took especial notice of this crime and directed relevant department to deeply investigate this incident. PM emphasized to meat the culprits with iron hands.
According to FIR this incident took place in an apartment which is located in E-11/2. Upon further investigation, the police department found that Usman is running Guest House Business where he is assaulting people who stay there. It is his routine to make videos of assault incidents and he was using such videos to blackmail them. This exactly can be seen in currently viral video in which he is assaulting boy and girl for blackmailing.
Previously, scandals of some religious scholars were also viral on social media. However, Usman Mirza’s video raised flaring anger in the country on social media. The anger and condemnation can be widely seen social media. To stop such incidents, there are enough laws in Pakistan but unfortunately, there is no enforcement of those laws.
According to the press release by police department, the culprits are committing such crimes on routine bases and in an organized way. Police have registered case against culprits under the following sections:
509 sections – sexual harassment
342 section which is for punishment for wrongful restraint
section 506 for criminal intimidation
354-A section = assaulting and ripping a women clothes.
The case has been registered against the suspect under Section 354-A (assaulting and stripping a woman of her clothes), Section 506 (criminal intimidation), Section 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint) and Section 509 (sexual harassment) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
According to the latest updates by Pakistani Electronic Media, the local court of Islamabad has extended the period of remand for four days. On the other hand the victim girl and boy has started following the case.
District session court Islamabad (E-11) has conducted hearing of this case. The main culprit of this case Usman Mirza and all others have been sent F-8 kachehri where they were brought before Judicial Magistrate Waqar Gondal.
More FIR has been registered against culprit under section 375-A and 384. Police discovered an illegal pistol from Usman Mirza and registered FIR under charges 365.
