Saudi Arabia visit visa extension update: The ministry of foreign affairs of Saudi Arabia has announced extension in visit visa. The Announcement is made by Saudi authorities on official twitter handler of MOFA KSA.

According to the announcement, visit visa holders can extend their visa till 30-09-2021. This extension is free of cost.

Who is eligible for Saudi Arabia visit visa extension?

All visit visa holders who are currently outside Saudi Arabia and are not able to travel due to flight ban; they are eligible for Saudi Arabia visit visa extension. Foreigners who are already inside KSA, they cannot avail this opportunity; instead they have to extend/renew their visa in regular way by following the normal visa extension/renewal procedure.

How to Extend Saudi Arabia Visit Visa?

Under the new announcement, extension in visit visa is not granted automatically. The visa holders have to apply online. The application process is simple and easy.

First of all visit the official website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia by clicking the following link:

The default language of website is Arabic. Click “English” to change the language.

Now, you can see the visa extension form.

Enter your visa number, passport number, choose your nationality, email address, image code and click “Extend”.

Your application will be submitted and your Saudi visit visa will be extended within a few minute. There is no need to pay any charges for this as it is totally free. Soon, you will receive a confirmation email regarding visit visa extension after submission of this form.

Saudi Arabia family visit visa extension:

The new policy of Saudi Arabia visit visa extension covers all types of visit visa which definitely includes family visit visa. However, this applies to visa holders who are outside of kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Such foreigners can get extend their family visit visa through this procedure explained above under this policy.
