How to register a gosi account?
First of all open the official website of GOSI. You can open this website in your browser either in laptop or mobile devices. The link of gosi website is as follows.
The default language of gosi website is Arabic. you can change language into English by clicking “English or EN” button.
Next step: Click “Register” button, so that you may register your new account.
Now, you will have the following options for registration
- as a Contributor
- as an establishment
- as a hospital.
You have to choose “Contributor”, so click it. it will open a new form.
- Choose either you are a “Saudi” or “Non-Saudi”. Expatriates must choose non-Saudi.
- Enter your iqama number as a “National Id”.
- Enter your valid email address and Saudi mobile phone number. (better use mobile number which is associated with your absher account.
- Choose your password.
- Enter the captcha code as shown in small image.
- Click check box for “I agree line” and click “Proceed”.
At this stage, an sms with a code will be sent to your mobile number. You have to enter the code correctly and click “verify”. This is actually to verify your mobile phone number. Once you have verified your mobile phone number, you will see a success message. It means you have successfully registered your gosi account and now your gosi account is ready to use. You can log into your account to use all available services.
How to get Gosi Salary Certificate?
Your gosi account automatically receives all information about your job, salary, kafeel, as well as your personal details. To get a salary or job description certificate and to see any other information in GOSi, you have to log into your gosi account which you have just created as mentioned above.
Click Login
Enter your Iqama number, password and image code and click Login.
You will receive an OTP one time password or code through sms, enter that code and you will be able to enter your gosi account where you can see details about your job etc.
For the salary certificate, You will see a tab “Certificates & Letters” on left side menu. Click it and it will open a new page where you will see “Release Certificate” click it. Another option “Download Certificate” will appear, click it as well.
Generally, this doesn’t download any certificate, instead it will send your salary certificate to your email which you provided while gosi account registration. Check your mail box and you will find an email from gosi department. Your salary certificate is already attached with the email. You can download it from the email, can take print for the hard copy or can use its soft pdf copy wherever you want.
