Benefit of TITP MOC for Pakistanis:

Japan is facing serious labor shortage in recent years. Japanese companies are looking for manpower from foreign countries. TITP is very useful way to meet the labor shortage and find talent from foreign countries. Japanese companies and employers can get enough labor through TITP and give them “on job training”, so they can work for them in future after training. In fact, TITP is a training program where trainees get training and employment at same time and of course they get salary besides other facilities.

Recently signed MOC will open door for Pakistani workers who wish to work abroad in a greatly developed country. Especially, it will oped doors for skilled workers like diploma holders and those have vocational and technical certifications and diplomas. TITP doesn’t require High qualification or degree. Pakistani skilled workers will be able to go to Japan under Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) where they can live, work and get training.

Generally, TITP program runs up to five years, so foreigners can stay in Japan for a maximum period of five years. However, they will be able to convert their visa into Specified Work Visa under Japan New Work Permit System. Though Pakistanis were not included directly in new Japan’s New Specified Work permit yet they will be able to join it through TITP. Read Japan New  and Old Work Permit System

How will it work:

TITP is run under the supervision of Japan’s JITCO (Japan International Training Cooperation Organization) and OTIT (Organization for Technical Intern Training Program). JITCO works with the cooperation of approved foreign sending organization which is responsible to select suitable skilled workers and properly train them before sending to Japan. For Example: Pakistan Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) works as sending organization in case of South Korean Work permits in Pakistan. OEC is responsible to shortlist and select suitable, appropriate workers for South Korea visa. So, OEC is sending organization approved by Pakistani Government as well as by South Korean Government.

In Case of TITP Japan, NAVTTC (National Vocational & Technical Training Commission) is chosen as designated sending organization in Pakistan. NAVTTC is Pakistan’s government institution. NAVTTC will  announce in newspapers and  through  its website when it is ready to work for TITP. Then candidates will be able to apply. NAVTTC will select suitable skilled workers according to the requirements of Japanese companies and employers.

  1. […] This is one of the most asked question. “Pakistan Visa free”  means; you do not need to obtain a visa to enter a country for visit purpose. You do not need to go to embassy for any visa.  In general cases, you have to carry your valid passport and a return or onward air ticket to visit Pakistan visa free countries but you do not need to apply a visa. For some countries, it is not necessary to carry passport, only valid identity card is enough. However, Valid Passport is must and mandatory for most of the countries especially south Asian countries like Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh etc. Visa free entry is usually granted only for visit purpose; you are not allowed to work in that country with a free entry.
